Mumbai: Aanand L Rai has roped in Shah Rukh Khan to play a dwarf in his next, a film which may also star Katrina Kaif. Reportedly titled ‘Bandhua’, major portions of the film will be shot in India while a certain chunk is expected to be shot in London.
Tentatively titled ‘Bandhua’, Rai’s film is expected to go on floors in December as SRK is currently busy with Imtiaz Ali’s ‘The Ring’, reports DNA.
‘Bandhua’ promises to be an unusual love story but a film with a dwarf as its protagonist is not new to Bollywood because legendary actor Kamal Hassan had played a midget in ‘Appu Raja’.
What will Rai and SRK have in store for us is something for us to wait and watch.
