Mumbai: Bobby Darling, who happens to be a woman now, was caught in the act at a party organized for homosexuals in a Mumbai suburb.
The man, who underwent multiple surgeries to become a woman, had to spend the Saturday night in police custody for her sleazy antics at the party.
The police was called in by the neighbours, who were terribly annoyed with the loud music that was being played. When the law keepers stepped in, they found many, including Bobby in a compromising position and arrested her instantaneously.
Confirming the news, assistant inspector Sanjay More of Oshiwara Police Station told a tabloid, “Yes, we did arrest Bobby Darling. And we charged him for indecent behaviour. He was let off in the morning after he paid a bail of Rs 12,500.”
However, Bobby has a different story to tell. She said, “I was not indulging in any immoral act. It was just that the police swooped down at the party and took us away. I happened to be one of those taken to the police station. But I was soon let off. You see, I had gone to the party as a celebrity. I was paid for it quite well.”
Bobby Darling also clarified that though she went to attend a party meant for homosexuals, she is not a gay by any standards.
“What you also need to understand is that I am not physically attracted to gay men. Yes, I do have a soft corner for them and the transgenders. However, I have never had any physical relation with gay men. That is also because I believe I am a girl. In my past also, I have always had romantic relationships with straight men only,” said Bobby.
