London: Miley Cyrus recently flashed her knickers, smoked a giant cigarette and surrounded herself with topless dancers at Capital FM Summertime Ball .
The `Wrecking Ball` singer wore nothing but silver nipple tassles during her performance and lot of giant rolled-up cigarette props, which spurted out smoke every now, the Mirror reported.
The 21-year-old singer took to the stage in a very tight silver skirt and her top was covered in pom poms and flowers for her performance.
