West Bengal Governor K N Tripathi conveys condolences to Pijush Ganguly's family

Kolkata: West Bengal Governor K N Tripathi expressed his heartfelt condolences at the sudden demise of Pijush Ganguly.

In his message, Tripathi described Ganguly as not only a fine actor, but also a good singer. He conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to Ganguly's bereaved family and fan-followers.

Stating the death of Ganguly as a "personal loss," veteran actress Sabitri Chatterjee said, "He was a nice person, a good human being... I cannot believe that he has passed away at this young age... I feel like I have lost someone near and dear."

Actor Paran Bandyopadhyay described Ganguly's demise as an untimely loss.

"I just cannot think that Pijush is no more. We used to meet almost everyday at shootings. He was a lively person, which is very rare these days. He has left us at a very young age," Bandyopadhyay said.

Actress Rituparna Sengupta said, "It's shocking for me. We have lost a great human being. He was a good friend of mine. It's such a big loss for us."
