London: Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen`s wife Brooke Mueller has apparently entered rehab for a second time.
Mueller was admitted to a treatment facility in California in February to deal with personal issues and returned home after completing her stint, but has allegedly checked herself back into a professional clinic in a bid to beat her demons, reports a news website.
Reports say that Mueller will now receive treatment for about a month.
