New Delhi: A lion attacked its keeper inside the Buffalo Circus show, in Doullens, France.
The lion tamer was taken by surprise when the beast pounced on him in the midst of a performance.
The person, who was severely injured was taken to a hospital via helicopter, reports said.
His condition is still said to be serious.
The terrifying incident happened on Sunday.
