New Delhi: To draw attention of the public, Haryana Police on Friday donned 'Ramayana' costumes to impart lessons on road safety.
It has tied up with an NGO in Gurugram to disseminate information on road safety and traffic rules.
Thousands of people in India die every year in road accidents and many of them are as a result of not obeying traffic rules.
In view of the 'Navratri' festive rush, police hope people would accept its traffic lesson with right earnest.
