SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh is all set to go to polls in a single-phase on November 9, 2017. The counting will take place on December 18, 2017. The hill state has 68 constituencies.
Churah Vidhan Sabha constituency, located in Chamba district, is one of the 68 constituencies of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha. The constituency is reserved for Scheduled Castes. In 2010, the constituency had 58,816 electors.
The constituency will have 117 polling stations.
Churah constituency came into existence by in 2008, following the Delimitation of the Legislative Assembly constituencies by the Election Commission.
