Clooney requested by Armani to stop wearing his old tuxedo

Designer Giorgio Armani was so sick of seeing George Clooney is his old suit that he begged the Hollywood star to stop wearing the designer clothing and sent him a new tuxedo.

Washington, March 30: Designer Giorgio Armani was so sick of seeing George Clooney is his old suit that he begged the Hollywood star to stop wearing the designer clothing and sent him a new tuxedo.
Clooney has boasted about wearing the same Armani outfit to awards shows and premieres for a decade.

But the fashion guru had started feeling embarrassed instead of flattered of the ‘ER’ star’s comments.

"Giorgio Armani actually sent me a new tux and said, `Please either wear this or stop saying you're wearing Armani, because it's frayed’,” a website quoted him, as saying.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz about the hunk is that he might star in a remake of ‘Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes’.

The producer of the film Doug Sarine wants Clooney to reprise his role from the film's 1988 sequel.

The 46-year-old actor played the role of Matt Stevens in the 1988 sequel ‘Return Of The Killer Tomatoes’. It was his third movie.

Sarine hopes that the Clooney will agree to star in the 30th anniversary remake of the original 1978 film.
