New Delhi, Oct 01: A body representing displaced Kashmiri Pandits today flayed Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad reportedly seeking clemency for Mohd Afzal Guru, sentenced to death in the Parliament attack case.
The city-based body, Kashmir Samiti, demanded that the Congress makes its stand clear on the issue.

"The Central government and the Congress leading it must explain their clear cut stand on the matter," it said in a statement here.

No mercy should be shown to Afzal Guru since he was involved in a conspiracy to blow off Parliament, the symbol of India's democracy, the statement said.
