Lucknow, Oct 10: A district court today remanded
Sanjeev Maheshwari, an accused in the BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai
murder case, in judicial custody till October 19.
Maheshwari, lodged in Ghazipur district jail, was
produced before Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Mahendra
Singh amid tight security.
The court also extended the judicial remand of two other
accused, Ramu Mallah and Rakesh Pandey, till October 19.
