Mumbai, May 11: Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd and Peoplesoft, a provider of enterprise application software, have joined hands to focus on the construction, manufacturing,
financial services and telecom sectors.
With the J D Edwards merger, Peoplesoft has a major focus on the manufacturing and distribution industry space, L&T Infotech said in a release here today.
The partnership would offer products and solutions from Peoplesoft enterprise one and Peoplesoft enterprise product families, it said.
L&T Infotech would leverage its domain expertise in the verticals like construction and manufacturing, it added.
The agreement was signed here by L&T Infotech chief executive V K Magapu and Peoplesoft South Asia managing director Angus Mcdougall.
