Los Angeles, March 17: The prehistoric epic "10,000 BC" led the foreign box office last weekend, thanks to No 1 finishes in at least 30 of its 51 markets.

All told, Director Roland Emmerich`s caveman saga pulled in an estimated USD38 million, propelling its international haul to USD73 million after two weekends. Top bows included the UK (USD3.8 million) and Korea (USD3.3 million).

New domestic champ "Dr Seuss` Horton Hears a Who!" opened at No 2 internationally with USD14.2 million from 29 territories. It was No 2 in Britain, where it played in sneak previews, and in Germany.

The political thriller "Vantage Point" was No 3 with USD8 million from 35 markets; its international total rose to USD40.3 million.

Muscular Japan openings powered "Enchanted," the weekend`s No 4 title, and "No Country for Old Men," which finished in fifth place.

"Enchanted," debuted at No 1 in Japan with USD5.4 million, accounting for just about all of the weekend`s USD5.6 million take from 23 markets. The overseas total for the musical fantasy stands at USD188.9 million.

"No Country" racked up an estimated USD492,000 in limited Japanese release, pushing its overall weekend take to USD4.7 million from 52 markets. The best picture Oscar winner has grossed USD68 million internationally thus far.

Other foreign totals: "Jumper," USD104.9 million; "27 Dresses," USD42.7 million; and "There Will Be Blood," USD26.3 million.
