Hyderabad: Newborn found abandoned in dustbin, investigation on

HYDERABAD: In yet another incident, a newborn baby was on Thursday found abandoned here in a dustbin.

The incident took place in Telangana's Saifabad. Meanwhile, the police have initiated an investigation.

In September, a newborn baby was found abandoned near the Ambala court complex in Haryana.

A lawyer, who was out for a walk, noticed the child, they said, adding the about two-day-old baby was admitted to the children's ward at the Ambala City Civil Hospital.

Earlier in the month, a one-day-old baby was found deserted in Gurugram's Sector 57. He was saved after a couple heard the child crying and informed the police.

Wrapped in a towel, the one-day-old baby was left to die in the bushes opposite the CNG station near Wazirabad village.
