DNA Exclusive: Analysing How Canada Is Becoming Safe Haven For Terrorists

Last month, Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Indian government officials of being involved in the killing of a leader who wanted to break away from India, Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Trudeau didn't give strong proof for these accusations.

In Today's DNA, Zee News anchor, Sourabh Raaj Jain analysed the reasons behind the allegations made by Trudeau against the Indian government and delved into Canada's stance on providing refuge to individuals with alleged connections to terrorism.

An email from Canada's 'Immigration and Refugee Board' revealed that Canada is providing a safe haven for Khalistani terrorists. From January to August 2023, Canada granted political asylum to 246 Khalistani terrorists, which means they are sheltering more than one of them each day. During the same period, Canada also gave refuge to 169 gang members and terrorists, making it a total of 405 anti-India individuals by August.

The connection between Canada's Trudeau government and Khalistani terrorists goes beyond just asylum; it involves political donations. This is why Justin Trudeau sometimes accuses India of being involved in the killing of a Khalistani terrorist.

Zee News uncovered documents related to donations received by the British Columbia unit of the Canadian political party NDP. The NDP party is led by Canadian leader and Khalistan supporter Jagmeet Singh, who had close ties with Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar because Nijjar used to donate to the NDP.
