Pakistan on Wednesday violated ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. At around 7 pm, the Pakistan Army started firing with small arms and intense shelling with mortars in Mankote sector of the Poonch district.
The Indian Army has been retaliating befittingly. There have been no reports of injuries.
