SRINAGAR: Two terrorists were killed in an ongoing encounter that broke out on Thursday morning at Shartgund Bala village in Kupwara district's Handwara, Jammu and Kashmir.
Identities of the slain terrorists are yet to be ascertained, said Jammu and Kashmir police, adding that a huge cache of arms and ammunition has also been recovered.
According to reports, at least one more terrorist is trapped in the area.

On October 5, a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel sustained minor injuries after terrorists lobbed a grenade on security forces in Tral area of Pulwama district.
