Some ministry officials and farmers are reportedly talking in a separate room, even as the break in the ongoing meet at Vigyan Bhawan has been extended.
As per sources, the Union ministers and the officials present at the meeting are preplexed at the farmers' only demand to repeal the 3 farm laws and have gone into a huddle to discuss the matter separately.

The three Union Ministers and officials are having a seperate discussion.
After the agriculture Secretary Sanjay Aggarwal said, "These three laws are in your interest. There are many things that will benefit the farmers."
The farmers interrupted to say that there is no 'point in of discussion in this matter'. The farmer leaders have demanded that the three farm laws be revoked. That has been their only demand.
After this, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said we are discussing on the topics raised by you, we are ready to negotiate and amend the laws why is there a separate demand to revoke the law.

This bill must be withdrawn. Yesterday Derek O’Brien met the protesting farmers. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also extended support.
Prem Singh Chandumajra: A mass delegation from Akali Dal reached Kolkata today. We met MPs Sudip Bandhyapadhyay and Derek O’Brien. This meeting was aimed at giving more strength to the mass movement of the farmers. We are also meeting other opposition parties and their leaders.
