Sagar: In yet another case of apathy at a hospital, visuals have emerged of a dog carrying a newborn baby's body outside a district hospital in Sagar in Madhya Pradesh.
The police have begun the probe but the identity of the newborn is yet to be ascertained.
The police had recovered the body in a disturbing condition. "As soon as we received the information, we reached the spot and found body of a new-born in disturbing condition. The body has been sent for postmortem. The investigation is underway to identify the child," SHO Gopalgan Sanjay Soni said.
