New Delhi: If you ever wondered why your smartphone battery does not last enough, despite having a relatively new phone and even after charging it 100 percent, then you are going to be in for some surprise!
Here is a fact sheet on charging a smartphone:
1. Don’t keep your phone plugged in when it’s fully charged as it is bad for the battery in the long run
2. Try not to charge it to 100 percent. A high voltage stresses the battery and wears it away in the long run. Just plug it in whenever you can. The phone is better off if you charge in small bursts.
3. Keep the phone cool. Make sue the jacket your smartphone wears does not trap heat in the phone.If you’re out in the hot sun, keep your phone covered. It will protect your battery’s health.
