Mumbai: BJP corporator Daya Gaikwad has been accused of raping a woman from Thane, said reports on Wednesday.
According to ANI, the woman was raped at the house of Ashwini Dhumal.

A case under various Sections 376, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code IPC has been registered and the matter is being investigated by the local police.
Daya Gaikwad is the BJP corporator of Kalyan (West).
