Patna: A self-styled godman called Pramod Baba reportedly emerged from a sealed hole in the ground after 15 days, as per a media report.
The so-called godman was apparently in the hole without food, water and oxygen at a place called Madhepura.
As per a report in CNN IBN, hundreds of people from across Bihar came to him rise from his sealed ditch.
It is being said that 'godman' was in perfect health.
However, the report quoted doctors and experts as saying that it was humanly not possible for someone to survive 15 days without oxygen and called the whole exercise a farce.
At the same time, they dared him to pull off the same feat in a lab.
Dr KK Pandey said, "Without oxygen, it is not possible for a man to live this long. Science does not allow me to believe this. With yoga and sadhana (dedication), you can reduce your bodily needs and control them to a certain extent. But it's not like you can switch them on and off. Within three minutes, there will be an impact on the brain."
