New Delhi: The process to get admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya begins from Monday.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has started issuing forms from today for admission to Class I. The last date for registration is March 10. For the first time, 10,000 seats are up for grabs for wards seeking admission to Class I.
Selected list for Class I will be declared March 18 onwards.
For Class II and above, the forms will be issued and registered from April 4-18.
Registration for Class XI shall be taken up immediately after the declaration of results of Class X and admissions up to the full strength of the class should be completed within 30 days after declaration of results by CBSE.
Notably, admissions in Kendriya Vidyalayas are not restricted to Central government employees and are open to all, only certain priorities have been laid down for different categories to regulate the admissions.
