New Delhi: At a time when the Odd-Even vehicular plan is in effect in Delhi and pollution levels are being monitored, a fire broke out at the Bhalaswa dumpyard in the capital.
Fire tenders were rushed to douse the fire soon after it started.
Recently, Mumbai was choked by smoke that spread from the fire at the Deonar dumping ground.
