New Delhi: Cases of atrocities against women doesn't seem to stop as another woman was recently locked up in a flat, forced to consume alcohol and then subjected to gang-rape by two men in the central Delhi.

The incident is said to have taken place on intervening nights of Thursday and Friday.

According to sources, one of the accused, Rahul (name changed), was known to the woman, whom she met on social networking site Facebook.

The woman, in her complaint, told that she met Rahul on Facebook while she was in Mumbai. They soon began chatting and he proposed her for marriage on phone.

According to the woman, Rahul asked her to shift to Delhi and also promised to bear all her expenses.

It was around seven months ago when she finally moved to Delhi on Rahul's demand and was staying with another girl in Safdarganj area.

On Thursday evening, she went to Rahul's flat in Old Rajender Nagar, to discuss marriage plans with him where they were joined by Rahul's friend, who reportedly forced himself on her.

After she raised objections, she was verbally abused by Rahul, who along with friend, forced her to drink liquor. Later, they took turns to rape her. She also claimed that she was locked inside the flat by the two.

The woman, who somehow managed to escape from the place, called the police control room and informed them about the incident.

According to Hindustan Times report, the woman was heavily drunk when the police team met her on the streets.

The medical-report confirmed the report of gang-rape.
