Stopped from meeting PM Modi, woman throws flower-pot on his convoy

New Delhi: The SPG commandos guarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi faced some tense moments, Wednesday, when a woman threw a flower-pot at PM's convoy in the heart of the national capital.

The incident occurred today afternoon just when the PM was leaving his office in the South Block.

The woman in question was seen shouting slogans and tried to block the route to be taken by the Prime Minister.

She refused to clear the way for the convoy, saying that she wanted to meet PM Modi.

When she was forcefully removed from the spot she expressed her anger by throwing a flower-pot at the convoy.

She was immediately apprehended by the police and taken to the Parliament Street Police Station for questioning.
