New Delhi: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification for recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) in various public sector banks and other participating organisations.
The notification (CWE PO/MT-VI) is available on IBPS' official site ibps.in.
The online registration process will begin on July 26. The recruitment process consists of a preliminary examination, followed by the main examination and personal interview.
Important dates:
- Online preliminary examination will be held on October 16, 22 and 23 – results will be declared in November.
- Online main exam will be held on November 20 - results will be declared in December.
- Personal interviews will be held in January/February 2017
- Selected candidates will be given provisional allotment in April 2017
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university or have any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the central government. Aged between 20 and 30 years (not have been born earlier than 02.07.1986 and not later than 01.07.1996 – both dates inclusive).
