Gurugram: A well-settled woman, a nursery teacher by profession, mother of two, Urvashi Yadav despite all the odds, went ahead and opened a Chole Kulche stall to support her family.

Urvashi, who claims to be a very good cook, decided to open a 'thela' at Gurugram’s Sector 14 market, after her husband met with an accident and needed to undergo hip surgery. Because of the unfortunate incident, he lost his job and the family was burdened with financial constraints.

Interestingly, she has a house worth Rs 3 crore where her own SUVs are parked.

Though, Urvashi didn't face any immediate financial crisis and her family members are also well-off, who would have helped her with monetary benefits, but this determined lady decided to take start her own business and after consulting with her husband, she opened the stall.

Urvashi says though her family is well settled, she lacked enough cash to open a restaurant, that is why she decided to open a Chole Kulche thela.

Her food stall has become famous after Soul-stirrings by Sunali posted her story on Facebook.

Urvashi dreams of opening another restaurant in future.
