New Delhi: In a stern warning to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers, party leader Sanjay Singh on Tuesday said that if any MLA or elected worker attends the rebels' meet 'Swaraj Samvad', which is being organised by party leaders Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav, then the leadership will decide on further action in the next meeting of the National Executive.

“If any MLA or elected representative of party attends it, then we'll decide on further action when PAC and NE members sit next,” he was quoted by ANI.

Singh also made a scathing attack on Yadav and Bhushan and said that they are sending out a wrong message about the party to the nation and that 'Swaraj Samvad' is not an 'authorised' event of the party.

“The way in which preparations are going on it clearly indicates that instead of raising an anti-party voice within the party, they are setting up an open stage and sending out a wrong message to the nation about the party,” he further said.

The AAP leader said that leadership will monitor today's meet closely and will decide what needs to be done.

The meet is being held amid speculations that AAP rebel members - Bhushan and Yadav – are set to float a new political party after being ousted from party's National Executive for alleged anti-party activities. Both the leaders have denied the allegations.

Meanwhile, news reports have claimed that the issue of inner-party democracy and transparency will be discussed in today's meet.

Yadav reportedly took a jibe and said that media will be allowed to attend the event and pens and mobile phones will be allowed as well.

He was hinting at the recent AAP National Council meet, in which the duo were removed from NE, the media was not allowed and volunteers were barred from carrying pens and cell phones.
