It was not clear where the meeting will take place.

On Tuesday, India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj had travelled to Pakistan for a multinational conference and on the sidelines, she met Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his foreign affairs advisor Sartaj Aziz.

The two separate meetings resulted in a breakthrough and India and Pakistan decided to resume high-level bilateral talks – earlier called Composite Dialogue or Resumed Dialogue.

Just two days before that announcement, the National Security Advisers of the two countries had met in a secret meeting in Bangkok where the ice was was broken and Indo-Pak talks were put back on track.

The upcoming comprehensive talks will include all issues, include terrorism and Jammu and Kashmir.
