New Delhi: The daughter of Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijay Singh, Karnieka Kumari, passed away on Friday morning after battling cancer.
Karnieka breathed her last at around 5:15 am at Max Hospital, Saket.
Her body was later taken to Ahmedabad, where her in-laws reside.
Digvijay Singh's first wife Asha Singh had passed away on February 27, 2013, at a hospital in New Delhi after battling cancer for several years.
