New Delhi: Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday chaired an all-party meeting in Parliament, ahead of the crucial Budget Session.
The meeting was attended by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, MPCA president and Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia among others.

Talking to reporters after the all-party meet, Naidu said that the constituted committee, which he was heading, would examine and analyse the reasons behind the Jat community reservation row only after the situation is normalised.
"Party has formed a committee but normalcy should return first, as we can only debate and analyse about all the issues when situation is normal," Naidu was quoted by news agency ANI.
"What happened is condemnable and very unfortunate. There was no reason of violence," he added.
Naidu, meanwhile maintained that the government in Centre has no issues on having discussion over Rohith Vemula suicide or JNU row issues, he at the same time also urged opposition parties to adapt a positive approach toward the upcoming Budget session.
"Government has no hesitation in discussing JNU or Hyderabad university or other issues. Everybody has opportunity to raise issues but they should be discussed. While the government is open to have debate on such issues, we appeal to everyone to not disrupt the Parliament proceedings," Naidu said.
Earlier today, Home Minister Rajnath Singh announced that a committee was set up, to be headed by Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu to consider demand of Jats for reservation in central government jobs and educational institutes.
