New Delhi: Directing the District Megistrate to conduct enquiry into the controversy around Jawaharlal Nehru University's alleged anti-India protests, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said that no anti-national activity should be tolerated under any circumstances.
Taking to Twitter, Kejriwal wrote, “No anti-national activity shud be tolerated under any circumstances. Those who did it must be identified and punished.”

He further added that there are claims that JNU student leaders shouted anti-India slogans and counter claims that ABVP activists did it. Hence, enquiry has been ordered.

The Home Minister Rajnath Singh also asserted today that no innocent will be harassed but the guilty "will not be spared" as Left leaders met him questioning the police action against students including arrest of JNUSU leader.
JNU students on Tuesday had organised a meet on the campus to mourn the hanging of parliament attack convict Afzal Guru and Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) co-founder Maqbool Bhat, where anti-India slogans were raised.
