New Delhi: Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai on Friday appealed people for their cooperation in making Odd-even formula a success. Rai said the scheme is for a better future of our children as pollution is like a slow poison.
"All this is for our children as pollution is like a slow poison," said Gopal Rai.
Following days of deliberations and planning, the Delhi government's Odd-even formula started from today.
While there has been criticism of the plan, the preparations to implement the formula have also been steady with all stakeholders looking into minutest details to ensure the measure is implemented effectively.
