“I have talked to the responsible person. We have undergone full investigation, made someone accountable, they will receive the payment,” Salahuddin says, adding, “This is our duty, as this case had come to my notice five days ago, along with the messages and I have the names of these people too. The one who is held responsible to do this work has agreed to complete it.”

Salahuddin who is the chairman of the United Jehad Council (UJC) also enquired about friends (militants) of Kashmir.

“Yes, with your blessings everything is good,” Wani replies.

Salahuddin was declared as one of the twenty 'most wanted people' by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in 2002.

Zee Media has exclusive copy of the forensic lab which has validated the voice samples and has confirmed that the man on one end of the phone line was Syed Salahuddin and on the other end it was the terrorist lodged in Srinagar jail.

Gujarat Forensic Lab has confirmed the authenticity of telephonic conversation between Salahuddin and Wani on November 28, 2014.

The additional examination of the audio report was done on February 19, 2015.

The NIA has submitted the documents as evidences before the court.

The phone conversation was intercepted by intelligence agencies and tape was forwarded by the NIA to Gujarat Forensic Lab to check the authenticity of audio samples.
