New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday congratulated the successful candidates of civil services examinations and conveyed good wishes for their new and exciting phase of lives.

Meanwhile, Delhi CM also congratulated the exam's topper Tina Dabi, who hails from the national capital.

The results of 2015's civil services examination, which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission annually in three stages-- preliminary, mains and interview -- to select candidates for the elite Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others, was declared today.
Delhi's Tina has achieved first rank. Railway service officer Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan from Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi-based Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, an Indian Revenue Service officer, have secured second and third rank respectively.
