Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Friday greeted former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the occasion of his 82nd birthday.
"On the joyous occasion of your birthday, I would like to convey my felicitations to you and wish you many more happy returns of the day," Gogoi said in a message to Singh.
"I pray that the Almighty may grant you a long, happy and healthy life to serve the people of the country," he said.
The former Prime Minister represents Assam in the Rajya Sabha.
