Those refusing to say ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’, doubt their own mothers: Yogi Adityanath

New Delhi: BJP’s motormouth leader Yogi Adityanath once again stoked controversy when he lambasted those refusing to chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ slogan.

During a 'bhandara' event in Jaisalmer, the BJP MP said, “Those who are against chanting of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ slogan, they doubt their own mothers. A person who is proud of his mother will in any circumstance hail her.”

“It’s a conspiracy to defame India by those who are foreign stooge. Now when this government is working to uplift this country, these people can’t tolerate it. This is the reason why these kinds of people are doing such propaganda,” he said

Furthermore, he also criticised both Pakistan and Bangladesh over attacks on Hindus in their sovereignty.

“It’s a matter of grave concern and Human Rights agencies must take notice of it,” he added.
