What happens when adults try breast milk – Watch video

New Delhi: Everybody knows that breast milk is the best food for the babies as it contains all the nutrients products which are essential for the new born. It is so good that doctors advise mothers to only breastfeed the baby for the initial six months. Breast milk contains the perfect amount of protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals. It is also easier than formula milk for babies to digest.
