When terror-hit Paris prayed for flood-hit Chennai!

New Delhi: In a heartwarming initiative, people in Paris have joined hands to help Chennai hit by unprecedented floods.

Heavy rains - the worst in a century - battered Chennai almost at a time when Paris was dealing with immense grief because of the terror attacks. 

In the hard times of Chennai, the residents of Paris have decided to move over their own pain and extend help to those who have lost their homes and are in dire need of basic things.

Paris residents have initiated an online global crowdfunding campaign, ‘Share for Chennai’, for raising funds for the Tamil Nadu flood victims. They have also shared photos to urge people to donate the money they spend on one meal for the flood victims.
