Narendra Modi to hold public rally in Maharashtra today

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is set to address a rally in Raigarh, Maharashtra on Sunday.

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party`s (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is set to address a rally in Maharashtra on Sunday.

This will be Modi`s first rally after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh questioned the credentials Gujarat Chief Minister Modi for the top job while interacting with media.
Dr Singh also said that Modi`s elevation as prime minister would be “disastrous for the country”.

Meanwhile, yoga guru Baba Ramdev has invited Modi for discussion on issues of bringing back black money stashed abroad and corruption.
Apart from Modi, Baba Ramdev had also invited BJP party president Rajnath Singh and leader Arun Jaitley for discussion.

Ramdev reiterated his support to Modi but added that he needed to know the Gujarat Chief Minister`s policies ahead of 2014 General Elections.
