Bhopal: Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister
Uma Bharti on Sunday hit out at Congress general secretary
Digvijay Singh for his remarks on the police action against
Baba Ramdev, saying he had turned into a "spokesman" for those
having black money.

Digvijay had called the yoga guru a "fraud" and justified
the post-midnight crackdown on Ramdev and his followers at
Delhi`s Ramlila Maidan.
She said it appeared that from being a general secretary
of the Congress, Singh had turned into a "spokesman" for those
having black money.

"Those having black money should be happy for having
Singh as their new spokesman," Bharti said here.

She also said that action against Ramdev would not
end the issue of black money.
"The government is living in a fool`s paradise if it
thinks that by arresting Baba Ramdev, it can sort out the
problem of black money in the country," the former BJP leader
said.
