New Delhi: The discovery of water being found on Mars has compelled Google to celebrate the exciting finding with a cute animated doodle on Tuesday.
The doodle that appears on Google homepages across the world shows the Red Planet – which is in a cartooned face – drinking a glass of water.
After multiple experiments and tests NASA has announced that liquid water has been found on Mars that may harbor hopes of some life forms on the Red Planet.
“Mars is not the dry, arid planet we thought of in the past,” Jim Green, NASA`s planetary science director, told journalists in Washington. “Under certain circumstances, liquid water has been found on Mars.”
Water is one of the key requirements for life and such a discovery would significantly boost chances of alien beings on Mars.
