New Delhi: India has been anticipating the launch of Google Play Music for ages and it seems their wish might soon come true!
If reports are to be believed, India's long wait for Google Play Music is probably about to come to an end, since Reddit users have discovered Play Music songs appearing in Google search results with the prices listed in the Indian currency (Rupees).
Although, this isn't the first time that Google has been caught testing Play Music in India, but, the prices in the Indian currency indicate towards an official India launch soon.
Coming to the prices, as per the screenshots shared on Reddit, a single song is priced at Rs 15 and the price of the complete albums varies from Rs 120 to Rs 175.
In India, where music apps like Hungama and Saavn have overpowered the music sphere in the digital space, how Google Play Music will fare, remains to be seen.
