Washington: Youtube has released its annual list of the most popular videos of 2014 wherein 'Mutant Giant Spider Dog' video by S.A. Wardega, a Polish actor, has scored the top spot with more than 113 million views since he posted it in September.
In the 'Mutant Giant Spider Dog' video, a Polish Prankster has dressed his dog, Chica, as a giant tarantula that terrifies unsuspecting passersby. Wardega wrote earlier that people had even reported the SpiderDog video to the prosecution claiming that it was threatening the lives of people who were present there.
Other videos in the top ten consisted of "First Kiss" and "iPhone 6 Plus Bend Test", reported CNN.
"First Kiss" video that secured the third position featured soccer stars Ronaldo and Wayna Rooney behind a Nike ad where strangers are brought together and asked to kiss each other.
Among other top videos of the year on Youtube were a nun's performance on the Italian version of "The Voice" that was on the fourth position while a performance by a kid hip-hop duo on "Britain's Got Talent" secured the sixth position on the list.
Katy Perry's "Dark House" was the most popular music video of the year.
