Army Helicopter`s 40 year old UFO encounter remains mystery

Washington: It has been 40 years since the Army Reserve helicopters had an encounter with a UFO ship over Ohio, but it still remains a mystery.
According to the official report, submitted by the four-man crew after the incident, they "encountered a near midair collision with an unidentified flying object" while flying over Mansfield, Ohio, around 11:00 p.m., and this incident still remains one of the most credible and terrifying in the history of the subject, the Huffington Post reported.
According to the retired senior research scientist for the NASA-Ames Research Center, Richard Haines, the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena has received six to 12 reports of such incidents every year.
