Peshawar: At least four persons were killed and one seriously injured today when a over-speeding truck fell into a deep gorge in Pakistan's mountainous northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The truck, loaded with marble pieces, was on way to Chitral from Mushlak area. The truck fell into the gorge when the driver failed to negotiate a sharp turn.
Four persons, including the driver, were killed on the spot and another man was injured.
The injured has been shifted to a nearby hospital where his condition is stated to be critical.
