Washington: Researchers have created a new spacesuit, which will help keep astronauts` posture in check, while they are in space.

Simon Evetts, the lead of the Medical Projects and Technology Team at European Astronaut Centre (EAC), said that the Skinsuit exerts force on its user from the shoulders towards the feet.
He told ABC News that the new spacesuit resembles tight-fitting Lycra suit that might be found at Olympic swimming pools, asserting that they`re individually tailored, so that the right amount of force is provided to each astronaut.
International Space Station engineer Mamta Nagaraja , said that in the absence of gravity, there`s an imbalance between [bone] formation and resorption, so astronauts tend to lose up to 3 percent of their bone mass per month.
