Somnath Bharti, who is charged with domestic violence and attempt to murder, surrendered before the Delhi police. Bharti startled reporters at Dwarka North police station by directing his dog 'Don' to bite them in a bid to establish his innocence over allegations that he had bit his wife Lipika Mitra.
