N`Djamena: The government of Chad accused Nigerian Islamist group Boko Haram of carrying out a double suicide attack against police in the capital on Monday, killing 23 people.
"Boko Haram chose the wrong target. These lawless and faithless terrorists will be flushed out and neutralised wherever they are," the government said in a statement.
